Bright bars are produced through a cold drawing process from state of art manufacturing facilities which includes SCHUMAG continuous drawing lines, grinding and polishing machines ensuring close dimensional accuracy, assured mechanical properties, excellent machinability and better yield strength.

STAINLESS AND ALLOY STEEL HOT ROLLED BAR

Hot rolled bars are supplied in ‘As rolled condition’ or ‘Heat treated condition’. Hot rolled bars are duly inspected to ensure they are free of surface and internal defects.

Heat treatment: Annealed / Solution Annealed
Specification: As per AISI / DIN / EN / ASTM / ASME / B.S. / I.S.
Length: 3.00 to 7.00 meters or 10’ to 24’ feets with (-)0 / (+) 50mm length tolerance or in cut length as per customer’s requirement.
Chamfering: Machined chamfered at 30^o / 45^o / 60^o either at one end or both ends as per customer’s requirement.
